The band originally formed underneath the name 'Sincerely Me' false after members Colin Baylen (guitar/vocals) and Shaun Profeta (drums) decrease at a birthday party.[1] Stamp Borst-Smith (bass/keyboards) and Brian Bolen (guitar) completed the fourpiece.
